Albertina Kerr

Allison Stark is President and CEO of Albertina Kerr, a nonprofit organization supporting youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and mental health challenges. With more than two decades of experience in disability services, nonprofit leadership, and public policy, Allison brings a systems-level perspective to advancing person-centered supports and innovative service models for people with complex needs. Prior to joining Albertina Kerr, she served as Director of the Illinois Division of Developmental Disabilities and as President and CEO of Orchard Village in Chicago. Allison currently serves on the ANCOR Board of Directors and is active in several Oregon policy and advocacy organizations, including the Arc Oregon! She holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
