The 5th Annual Summit examined the theme of “Promoting Best Practices”.
2016
The 4th annual summit, held on examined the “Foundations For Success”.
2015
Forty-six agencies participated in the 3rd Annual Summit, entitled “What Works? Strategies In Action”.
2014
The planning committee created a regional consultation group, and held the 2nd annual summit, with the theme “Collective Impact”.
2013
Stake-holders identified a need for an annual summit, and formed a planning committee. Later in 2013, the inaugural summit took place in Oregon City, with a theme of “Collaboration & Overview, Education, Systems of Care.”
2012
The State of Oregon facilitated an I/DD and Mental Health Collaboration in Multnomah County and Marion County.
