TestAlan TestLytle is a Program Coordinator at The Arc Oregon, where they have worked for the past five years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. TestAlan has extensive experience facilitating workshops and trainings on mental health access, self-advocacy, and systems navigation for youth and young adults with IDD. They are passionate about building bridges between the IDD and mental health service systems to ensure that no one falls through the cracks.
